Maeve deals with all aspects of family law and has extensive experience of acting for clients in relation to prenuptial agreements, often involving very wealthy (high net worth and ultra-high net worth) individuals.

Her experience includes advising an ultra -high net worth individual, with assets worth more than £500 million, in relation to a prenuptial agreement.

Maeve has extensive experience of acting for both economically stronger as well as economically weaker partners in relation to prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements and other marital agreements, involving mixed sex and same-sex couples.

As well as being a family lawyer, Maeve is also an experienced family mediator and was amongst the very first group of family law professionals in England to train in the Collaborative Law process, in September 2003.

She is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Mediation Panel and a long-standing member of Resolution - first for family law.
